Returns & Refunds


We only offer refunds if we have sent the wrong item or if your goods are faulty or damaged due to fault of our own. If your goods are faulty or damaged, we will pay return postage to us then once we view the goods, we will refund your order.


If you wish to exchange an item for another product you must return the item to us within 7 days.
Simply contact us to notify us that wish to exchange the item and nominate an alternative product.
We will hold that product for you until your goods are returned. Exchange of orders will be carried out once the item is returned in the original condition, unused, unsoiled and tags attached if applicable.
All postage costs for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. Please keep appropriate proof of postage as we hold no responsibility for items that go missing through the post.
